What are your store hours?"

Bella Grace Bakery is open Monday-Friday from 9:00a.m. - 5:00p.m. Franklin, Tennessee time... (CST).

"What are your cookie and cake selections?"

We offer three gourmet cookie varieties: The Chocolate Beautiful, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk and Gingerbread Molasses. We also offer the decadent and elegant Chocolate Ganache Cake. Click on the "Order" link for more info.

"When will my order ship?"

Since all of our baked goods are made to order from scratch, each order requires 24 hours before shipping. (So add 24 hours to the number of shipping days to calculate when you'll receive your order).

"What are my shipping options?"

Cookies are shipped via FedEx Ground (Monday-Thursday) and FedEx Express (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on Fridays after 12:00p.m. CST will ship on the following Monday. Cakes are for local delivery only. But they're worth driving to Franklin for! To help insure accurate and timely shipping, provide a physical shipping address with the name, suite or apartment number, city, state and phone number. We can't ship to P.O. boxes.

"What are the shipping and handling costs?"

The cost per order is determined by the weight of the item. The shipping charge will be added to your order and included in your total.

"What if there is a problem with my order?"

We use only the finest quality ingredients at Bella Grace Bakery, and our customer service is no different. If you're not completely satisfied with any Bella Grace Bakery product, call 615-465-8331 or use our contact form and let us know. We'll make it right.

"What are my payment options?"

Payment options are made easy through our website. Customers can pay quickly with any major credit card or PayPal account.

"How long will the cookies and cake stay fresh?"

We only use the freshest ingredients, and absolutely no preservatives are added to any of our baked goods. So our cookies and cakes will stay flavorful and fresh for up to a week in an air tight container. But honestly, they never last more than a day at our house!

"Can you provide a list of allergens in your baked goods?"

Gingerbread Molasses Cookies*: Contains Eggs and Wheat
*Manufactured on the same equipment that also makes products containing peanuts, tree nuts and milk.

"What if I have a question that's not addressed on the website?"

"What if I have a large corporate or event order?"

We'd be happy to help you with large corporate or social event orders. Please call us at 615-465-8331 to discuss the specifics.

"What is the minimum order?"

We bake everything from scratch and to order, so orders must be at least 2 dozen cookies.

"How much advance notice do you need for a large party?"

In most cases, one week is plenty. However, we do sometimes book up and could need even as much as four weeks advance notice. For large orders, we'd suggest you call us early to move up on our schedule.

"Are there any openings in the Test Kitchen?"

Those positions are all permanently filled.
